Skills / experience desired
Experience working sheet-metal / equipment or related
Ability to read blueprints good at fractions math
Excellent communication in the English language
Experience with hand tools, drill presses, and any machine shop background is a plus
2 years’ experience desired in a sheet-metal or metals-related manufacturing type company preferred
Vocational or text school and machine shop or metals-related training a plus
Management qualities : ability to supervise in the future, able to get along well as a team player and leader
Career-minded, long-term employment mentality (we're looking for someone looking to work as a foreman and more in the future).
