As the Finance Administration Manager, you will provide comprehensive support to the CFO and the Finance & Accounting Department, and oversee key processes such as Delegation of Authority, documentation maintenance, travel administration amongst other ad hoc needs. You will also manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
A Day in the Life
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance Department Management & Support:
- Administer and maintain company’s Delegation of Authority
- Administer and maintain company’s policies and procedures on SharePoint
- Manage travel related tools and track compliance of T&E policy and spend
- Oversee and maintain business licenses related to tax and other finance related areas
- Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up to date
- Maintain records and files
- Prepare reports, presentations and other necessary documents
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth operations
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Ad hoc management requests
- Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- All other duties as assigned

- Proven experience in project management and executive support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
