Inventory Control Coordinator
Inventory Control Coordinator at “Top Workplace”
As a member of USME’s Equipment Management team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality medical equipment is available for our healthcare partners at a moment’s notice. You’ll work closely with our team at branches across the country, making sure they have the right equipment when they need it. Your dedication will directly support our mission, enabling hospitals and healthcare heroes to provide the best patient care possible!
A Day in the Life
- Inventory Control – Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are aligned with demand.
- Communicate with Equipment Coordinators to ensure inventory is processed efficiently
- Analyze daily inventory reports and proactively work with locations on correcting inventory issues
- Run in transit reports and work with locations on receiving equipment
- Collaborate with Teams- Work closely with the procurement, sales, and distribution teams.
- Continuous Improvement - Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize inventory processes, reduce waste, and improve accuracy.
- Additional duties as assigned
- Cycle Counting and inventory reconciliation
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Experience

- Outstanding listening, communication, collaboration, organizational skills
- Ability to Learn and apply new technologies, data analysis tools and processes
Qualifications
- 4 Years of Inventory control experience preferred with 1 year of Inventory reconciliation and cycle counting
- High School diploma or associate’s degree preferred
- Experience planning and controlling inventory preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Proficiency in inventory management, supply chain or related field
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
