A Day in the Life
• Be the face of our company! Professionally greet and assist visitors, including hospital executives and delivery personnel, ensuring a warm, welcoming environment at our USME Services Center.
• Help coordinate the planning and execution of company events and promotional activities.
• Assist the Customer Experience team in managing unmonitored inboxes, processing daily portal access requests, and adding contacts to partner accounts.
• Execute various projects across departments, providing support to the executive team as needed.
• Other duties to support our customer and employee experience, as assigned.
Qualifications
Preferred Education/Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a corporate assistant or customer service experience preferred.
Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—verbal and written.
• Drive and energy to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, etc.) and familiarity with a CRM, and database management software.
• Well-organized with strong time-management skills
• Responsible with a positive attitude and aptitude for problem-solving.
• Versatile team player with a high level of dedication and willingness to learn.
