US-Offsite Building Company is seeking a talented Business Administrator / Bookkeeping Specialist to assist with managing day-to-day operational functions that we provide clients across the western US. You will work closely with the Executive Team providing coverage in office administration, accounting, HR and systems development.

Responsibilities
50%) Business Administrator
- Develop and implement systems and SOPs
- Produce, format, and deliver contracts and budgets to clients.
- Human Resources responsibilities include managing hiring processes and assisting personnel with pay and benefits, and auditing / running payroll.
50%) Finance and Bookkeeping Specialist
A / P) Remit payment to our vendors and stakeholders in a timely fashion while maintaining an up-to-date A / P log with weekly snapshots.A / R) Deliver and follow up on invoices to our clients in a timely fashion while maintaining an up-to-date A / R log with weekly snapshots.Maintain accurate daily bookkeeping of all transactions within USOBC's accounting software, which incorporates the correct class, location, category, field, etc.Produce P&L statements for each Project for review by Division Managers.Create Invoices from labor hour entries on QuickBooks Time.Handle delegated authority from the Executive Team as appropriate, providing leadership and contributing to the company's success, including ad hoc tasks.Qualifications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products and QuickBooks.2 years accounting (bookkeeping, A / R, A / P) experience.Familiarity with GAAP principles and governmental accounting practices is a plus.Proficient in using financial software such as Quicken; experience with public accounting is advantageous.Proven experience in accounting or business administration is preferred.Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills.Excellent organization and communication skills both written and verbal.Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and budgeting techniques.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits (available after an introductory period)
