">- We are seeking a skilled Oncology Nurse Specialist to provide high-quality care to patients in our Granbury, Tx location.

As an Oncology Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients, adhering to national and company standards and guidelines for specialty regulations. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess and manage patient/family needs, and support and adhere to the US Oncology Compliance Program.
Your key responsibilities will include assessing health status, collecting and recording nursing assessments and interventions, reviewing and reporting results of health status assessments, and providing psychosocial support to patients and families. You will also prepare and administer therapies under the direction and supervision of a physician, and maintain accurate documentation of assigned patient care and treatments provided.
You will work in a dynamic environment, facilitating clinical operations and patient care, managing patient medication refill requests, assisting physicians with exams and procedures, and maintaining efficient patient flow. You will also participate in professional development activities and maintain current knowledge of oncology nursing by participating in ongoing educational opportunities.
