The US Oncology Network is looking for a Remote Graphic Designer to join our team at Texas Oncology.

What does the Graphic Designer do?

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process and overseeing the creation of visually stunning and impactful designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts, guide junior designers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality design work. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.


Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from concept development to final execution, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with business goals.
  • Create innovative and engaging designs for a variety of mediums, including print collateral, packaging, digital assets, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • ]Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct photo retouching, image manipulation, and color correction to enhance visual impact.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure the production of high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all design work.
  • Uphold and promote brand consistency across all design projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
  • Minimum of 5years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage design projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience working in healthcare industry is a plus.
