IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY
A well respected national Government Contracting firm responsible for the housekeeping of military medical centers is in search of an experienced housekeeping manager.
You will lead a small team, (5) housekeepers, all fully trained and long term reliable team mates (VERY Low turnover rate).
Early AM shift - with an occasional evening shift only in the event of an absentee.
Mon - Fri - with the occasional weekend only in the event of an absentee.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Train and supervise custodial staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for all expenses.
Must have RECENT / CURRENT medical setting experience in order to be considered (3 years minimum ) any role with leadership experience within a hospital or clinic environment.
Salary $45k / yearly with bonuses ( paid every six months).
