Position Overview: The Business Development Associate will be responsible for managing a pipeline of target pediatric practices and driving outbound physician outreach to generate acquisition opportunities. This role is focused on sales, relationship-building, and deal sourcing, ensuring that practice owners understand the value of joining our growing pediatric healthcare platform. The Associate will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with independent pediatricians and practice owners to bring high-quality acquisition opportunities to the VP of Business Development. This position requires a strong mix of sales, networking, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the physician mindset and healthcare business landscape

Key Responsibilitie
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline of target pediatric practices through market research and outreach effort
- Report pipeline activity to Leadership on a weekly basi
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and direct outreach to pediatric practice owners to introduce acquisition opportunitie
- Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings between interested practice owners and the VP of Business Developmen
- Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage pediatricians and build trus
- Maintain and track outreach activities, physician responses, and pipeline status in a CRM syste
- Collaborate with the financial analyst associate to prioritize high-potential targets based on practice size, payer mix, and strategic fi
- Educate physicians on the benefits of partnering with our group, addressing concerns around autonomy, patient care, and financial outcome
- Prepare sales materials, pitch decks, and talking points to support outreach effort
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and association meetings to establish relationships with practice owner
- Continuously refine sales messaging and objection-handling techniques based on feedback from conversations with physician
