Responsibilities
- Assist in managing store operations, including budgeting and inventory control.

- Oversee point-of-sale (POS) systems to ensure accurate transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for products and services.
- Drive retail sales by implementing promotional strategies and enhancing customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Support shift management by scheduling staff effectively to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management position or similar role.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Proficiency in budgeting, inventory control, and retail math.
- Experience with POS systems and retail operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
