Part Time Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members
- Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is required
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in recruiting, employee orientation, and training is preferred
- Knowledge of retail sales practices and cash register operations is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and lead a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Experience in shift management and stock management is desirable
- Familiarity with market trends and customer preferences
