Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee cash handling processes, including cash register operations and daily reconciliations.
- Manage inventory levels through effective stock control and inventory management practices.
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in the hiring process and training new employees.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and motivation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong skills in cash handling, including experience with cash registers and POS systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Time management skills to prioritize responsibilities effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with payroll processes is preferred but not mandatory.
