Retail Sales Specialist

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support at our retail window.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintaining sufficient inventory of and selling stamps, stamped paper, and other retail products;
• Accepting and delivering packages and accountable mail using a computerized system;
• Issuing and cashing foreign and domestic postal money orders;
• Providing information to the public regarding postal regulations and responding to customer inquiries;
• Greeting customers and explaining store layout to provide sales and customer service support;
