- Offer product selection assistance and lobby support, including monitoring the retail line and directing customers to self-service kiosks or using mobile point of sale systems to complete transactions.
- Provide product and service information to customers, including special offers.
- Suggestively sell merchandise based on customer needs.
- Promote products to meet customer needs.
- Handle customer purchases and returns, and use point of sale systems to assist with transactions.
