Overview
US Premier Tube Mills (USPTM) is a leading and growing domestic supplier of residential galvanized and powder coated pipe dedicated to quality, on-time delivery, and excellent customer service. USPTM has an immediate opportunity for a 2nd shift Welder/End Welder.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for keeping tube mills supplied with slit steel
- Ensure material is correct before loading onto the mill
- Executes change over and set up of machines
- Welds strips together and grinds off extra weld, flush to material
- Operates accumulator to run slit steel into the mill
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational safety and efficiency
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years' Industrial manufacturing experience or equivalent in related field preferred
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of forming\weld mills
- Knowledge of quality assurance systems preffered
- Knowledge of standard manufacturing ops process and procedures preferred
- Ability to work effectively in team environment
- Ability to work overtime as needed
