Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a High
Fructose Corn Syrup Sweetener Trailer Wash Operator / Loading Operator. In this
critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of trailers, ensuring
they are ready for use, and overseeing the preparation and loading of high fructose corn
syrup sweetener. You will also be responsible for prepping railcars, steaming, and
bubbling them to bring them to the appropriate loading temperature. If you're detail-

Key Responsibilities:Trailer Washing:
o Operate cleaning equipment to wash and sanitize trailers before they are
used for product transport.
o Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines during the
washing process
o Inspect trailers for cleanliness and integrity before allowing them to be
loaded.
o Ensure that all washing procedures meet company and safety standards
o Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washing area
Loading Operations:
o Assist with loading trailers with high fructose corn syrup sweetener
according to established procedures.
o Monitor the loading process to ensure that trailers are filled correctly and
efficiently.
o Check and maintain appropriate inventory levels of sweetener for loading.
o Operate loading equipment safely and efficiently.
o Verify that all loading activities comply with company standards and
regulatory requirements.
o Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading area.
Railcar Preparation:
o Steam and bubble railcars to ensure they are brought up to the proper
loading temperature for sweetener.
o Monitor and maintain temperatures during the loading process to ensure
product quality and safety.
o Document temperature checks and other relevant data for reporting.
Safety & Compliance:
o Follow all safety guidelines and best practices to ensure the safe
operation of equipment and the cleanliness of trailers and railcars.
o Assist in maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to facility and
regulatory safety standards.
o Participate in regular safety training and inspections.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in warehouse, loading, or trailer sanitation roles is a plus but
not required.
Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting (up to 40 lbs.), bending, and
standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety
standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic mechanical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
