Job Title: Renal Care Dietitian
About the Role:
As a renal care dietitian, you will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team providing excellent care for patients living with kidney disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and care planning activities
- Participate in monthly interdisciplinary patient care conferences
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain positive relationships with area hospitals and facilities
Safety & Quality:
You will help improve clinical and operational processes to enhance patient health and achieve target goals for patient outcomes. Additionally, you will maintain a productive quality assurance program and participate in monthly Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) certification
- Proof of registration with Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Minimum one-year experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
