SUMMARY
The Senior Analyst, Revenue Cycle Analytics & Process Improvement will support the VP in analyzing large data sets, providing insights, and optimizing business operations. The role includes building KPIs, improving reporting processes, and implementing revenue cycle management improvements. The Senior Analyst will work closely with leadership to drive initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.
- Provide analytical support through data collection, interpretation, and presentation of revenue cycle operations.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards and KPIs.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Automate reporting processes using Excel, VBA, SQL, and other tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement projects.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
- Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.
