This position offers the opportunity to lead and manage operations while ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of production in a regulated mining environment.

What You Will Do:
- Ensure compliance with all industry safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations (MSHA)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the aggregate plant, including production and employee oversight
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities to produce high-quality aggregate materials at or below production costs
- Follow established procedures for conventional production tasks and improve efficiency
- Lead and engage plant personnel in production, safety, and quality management
- Make decisions in alignment with company policies, procedures, and business objectives
- Keep all operational documents up-to-date using Google Drive and Google Sheets
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and foster a positive team culture
- Ensure environmental compliance and maintain positive community relations
What You Will Need:
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
- Positive, team-based attitude with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Previous experience managing an aggregates operation in the production of materials (preferred)
- Working knowledge of MSHA regulations with a strong personal commitment to safety
- Understanding of aggregate equipment and its operation in a mining environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of creating employee ownership of safety, production, and quality
- Strong financial, communication, and supervisory skills
- Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and nights as necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Docs
