About Us

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our growing organization. As the Sales Team Lead, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth while providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to our sales team. While this position has the potential to be remote, preference will be given to candidates who are willing to work a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Monitor individual and team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
• Provide regular feedback, training, and mentorship to sales representatives
• Collaborate with management to establish sales goals and develop effective sales strategies
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
• Ensure team compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of call center sales leadership experience
• Proven background in insurance, healthcare, travel, or timeshare sales
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance tracking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
