- Answer telephones and relay messages to appropriate recipients Manage files/folders and compile records Manage financial records and light bookkeeping activities Collections for accounts receivables Yearly contractor registrations Handle outgoing mail Retrieve files on demand Assist in preparing payrolls Prepare and mail accounts payable checks Prepares bulk mailings Prepare carrier packages for UPS and Federal Express Perform document photocopying and paperwork distribution tasks Act as a receptionist or front desk officer. Ensure management of minor repairs of the office Assist in managing accurate billing Maintain office equipment such as copiers and printers and supplies and repairs, billing for all completed projects and sending out invoices via email. Handle all 3rd party service request. Prefer QuickBooks experience.
