RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions
- Respond to Space Camp customer phone calls, provide information, and escalate customer concerns as needed.
- Create, organize, and maintain administrative paperwork for camp operations.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for Space Camp programs.
- Collect data and format reports to support operational needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall Space Camp operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
Required Experience
- One year of work experience in an administrative role or related field is preferred.
- Must be able to use a 101-key keyboard and have knowledge of DOS and Windows-based operating systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Physical Requirements
This position requires proficiency in using a 101-key keyboard and the ability to work on a computer for extended periods, performing tasks that demand attention to detail, such as data entry and document preparation. The role may involve sitting, standing, and moving between workstations as necessary throughout the workday. This role may require lifting/carrying supplies up to 50lbs. This job requires verbal communication skills—both over-the-phone and in-person.
