About Us
Pyramid Squash is a family-owned and operated squash club, offering a welcoming environment for players of all ages and skill levels. Located in the lower Westchester area, our club has been a staple in the local squash community since 2009. We are now looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic part-time squash coach to join our team and help us continue to grow the sport.
Responsibilities
- Run clinics for kids ages 3 to 17, catering to varying skill levels
- Offer private lessons to players ranging from beginners to advanced
- Participate in bi-weekly adult round robin events
- Help foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
- Provide feedback and instruction to players to help them improve their skills
- Ensure that all players are following proper squash etiquette and safety practices
- Player rating of 6.0 or higher
- Previous coaching experience (experience working with kids is a plus)
- Passion for teaching and developing players of all ages and abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, with availability during weekday afternoons (3:15 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) and weekends
- Reliable, professional, and a team player
