Responsibilities:
- Package finished products into appropriate containers according to specifications
- Inspect and ensure the quality of packaged products
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment, including logic controllers
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while performing packaging duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in aa automated packaging environment is preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment
- Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
- Ability to use hand tools to assemble and fabricate packaging materials
- Knowledge of FDA regulations related to packaging and labeling
- Forklift certification is a plus
