Sun Solar is seeking determined full-time Appointment Setters to sell our professional solar energy services and assist our clients over the phone. This full-time position earns $15.00 / per hour, plus bonuses and incentive opportunities. Hours during the evening and Saturdays may also be available. This position is eligible for great benefits, including paid training, 401k after six months, medical, dental, vision, supplemental, short-term disability, long-term disability, and paid time off (PTO).  A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN APPOINTMENT SETTER 

In this appointment setting role, you act as a liaison between the customer and company to ensure effective communication and manage expectations. It's possible you are the first point of contact with the company, so you always have a good attitude and give our clients a positive experience. You are busy doing anything from conducting follow-up calls to contacting potential customers and explaining our business. Ensuring that customers are happy gives you a great sense of accomplishment!

Compensation:

This full-time position earns $15.00 / hour plus bonuses and incentive opportunities. Hours during the evening and Saturdays may also be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Must have strong phone etiquette and customer service/telemarketing experience.
• Positive attitude that contributes to high company morale.
• Goal-orientated and self-motivated. 
• Ability to connect with our customers and build strong relationships.
• Being an effective communicator.
