Small Fish Big Fish Swim School / Sweet Peas Educational Gymnastics - Jensen Beach location is a new facility in the Martin County, Jensen Beach area.
We are looking for an energetic, detailed oriented, person that can join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and students.
The ideal candidate for this position would be someone that exhibits high energy and enjoys working with kids in a fun environment. If you are looking for an environment that incorporates Safety, Fun, a Growth Mindset, building Connections, and Passion this is the position for you.
This position is a part-time position 15 - 20 hours per week, with the potential of growing into a full - time 32 - 40 hour position in the future. This position does require you to stand, walk alongside the pool deck and gymnastics floor area and throughout the facility, assisting students and instructors in these areas. Must be able to lift 40lbs without assistance.Must be able to work on Saturdays and SundaysCandidate Must :

Eager, frequent, and professional communication with clients in-person, on the phone, and through writing to schedule trials, lessons, answer inquiries, and collect tuition,Walking the students from the waiting area to the pool deck to their assigned swim classesSharing friendly knowledge to guide purchases to increase enrollment, registration, and sale transactionsEducate and inform customers and potential customers on current or new services availableCreate and build a professional connection with customers and students to learn how to better assist themHave a growth mindset to build on skills and knowledge and provide suggestions / feedback to better improve processes and opportunities to attract customersCoordinate with Gymnastics Manager and Aquatics Manager to organize a safe flow of the front desk area to monitor entry and exit for customers for swim and gymnastics lessons.During idle times conduct facility walk throughs to ensure cleanliness throughout the facility at all times (checking the floors, bathrooms and changing rooms, and ensuring supplies are stocked)Utilize computer software to register new members, maintain accurate records, and collect tuitionCoordinating with team members for smooth shift transitions and achieving quarterly goalsAd Hoc Duties :
Cleaning the bathroom and changing room area.Cleaning the pool deck and gymnastics equipmentCleaning and organizing the front desk areaUsing the Emergency Action Plan to clean particles from the pools, floors, and the changing roomsThis position does require frequent standing, bending, and walking around the facility. Must be able to lift 40lbs without assistance.Education and Experience Requirements :
Some College Education2 years of customer service experience and / or salesRate of Pay & Hours :
Part-time (15 - 20 hours a week)Pay $14.50 per hourCompensation : $14.50 per hour
