What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at US Tank Alliance?
US Tank Alliance is the premiere national service provider for the convenience store industry and we are looking to continue to build our team. We currently have a Tank Tester position available in the Midwest. The successful applicant will be trained to perform annual testing on underground storage tanks, its piping, and components.
This is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys travel and is self-motivated, detail oriented, and takes pride in their work.
We are looking for people who:
- Have general maintenance experience.
- Can complete a pre-employment drug test, physical, background check, and driving record check.
- Can comfortably travel in a multi-state area, and be away from home multiple nights in a row- hotels and a generous per diem is provided.
- Can utilize basic handheld tools.
- Can follow strict safety and technical protocols.
Job requires frequent kneeling, lifting, bending, and standing.
A company vehicle, required tools, and equipment will be issued to each technician. Paid training is provided in the field for technicians to develop the ability to operate on their own. The technician will be working and driving in various weather conditions. Our compensation is the best in our industry and benefits include: two weeks paid vacation, health benefits, and 401k.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
