We are seeking a Business Quality Control Representative to join our dynamic team in our Edgewood, NY office. This role is in our Customer Communication Division, which offers a full range of multi-channel communications solutions, such as integrated print, mail, and digital solutions for transactional, marketing and compliance communications. In this role, you will engage in monitoring emails, job queues, and manual requests which require quality control task / review to be performed within a set timeline. You will be expected to be able to perform duties within more than one process / product, and utilize multiple platforms. Some reporting at a basic level will also be involved.
This is a temporary contract role expected to last approximately 12 months, with the potential to go permanent. The work hours are 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM ET, Monday - Friday, with some overtime expected.
