Job Description :
Performs routine troubleshooting and repair of electromechanical medical instruments and assemblies using released procedures, drawings, blueprints, etc. to meet established quality and performance metrics. Performs functional testing of assemblies / instruments.
Responsibilities :
- 70%) Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, adjusts, and tests analog / digital electromechanical medical instruments to established procedures and specifications
- 15%) Accurately document repairs and / or tests on Quality Device History Records
- 5%) Create labels and package medical instruments and assemblies
- 5%) Complete daily work cell performance metric tracking
- 5%) Evaluate repairs and complete customer repair quotes
