General Clerk I - Support

NOTES:

• This position is 100% onsite from day one
• 1st shift hours – working hours for the selected candidate can be worked out with the hiring manager

Position Requirements:

• Ability to work varied hours to support operational needs (between 0600am-630pm)
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
• Position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
• Effective communicator and team player.
• the hiring manager is looking for someone who is dependable

Description:

• Under direct supervision, performs entry-level clerical office duties such as data entry, document imaging or processing, and filing.
• Responds to standard inquiries and refers complex requests to appropriate staff members.
• Duties: Proofreads records for clarity and completeness in accordance with defined procedures.
• Enters data from standard forms and reports into appropriate systems, spreadsheets or databases. Prepares a variety of documents for processing by others; may include scanning, filing, collating, or indexing records in order to ensure that information is readily retrievable.
• Responds to standard inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Refers complex requests to appropriate staff members.
