Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves facilitating project delivery, managing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and planning skills, coupled with expertise in risk management and regulatory remediation activities, particularly in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project scoping, planning, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including third-party resources and virtual teams.
• Drive project milestones, track dependencies, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Facilitate change management planning, design, and implementation.
• Develop integrated project plans and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
• Oversee vendor contract execution and adherence to contract provisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education/Certifications: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required; PMP, CSM, or SSM certifications preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in project management, preferably in financial services with focus on risk management or regulatory remediation.
• Technical Skills: Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office Suite; experience with data governance is a plus.
• Competencies: Critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
