As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst, you will:
- Work on Robotics portfolio change management using AGILE PLM
- Work on KTLO tasks like order management, customer escalations
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste
- Problem solve and design solutions for Robotics customers
- Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference
- Monitor inventory levels, identify stock-outs or excess inventory, and recommend corrective actions -Collaborate with procurement, logistics and engineering teams to streamline the parts supply chain -Knowledge of inventory optimization techniques and supply chain best practices -Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or /Supply Chain/Operations discipline
- Strong Math, Logical, Problem-Solving skills
- Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Analyst work background, or focus in higher education
- Conceptual understanding of systems, and configuration management
- Supply Chain Experience is key!
- Customer Facing Roles/Ticketing experience
- Stakeholder management experience
