Job Title: Wind Energy Site Supervisor
Location: USA (Remote Travel)
Duration: 12 months contract with potential extends or Convert
Job Description:
This position requires extensive travel nationwide across the wind fleet to support plant outages (90% travel).
Employees in this job direct a team of maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors involved in major maintenance activities or plant maintenance. Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty for assigned major maintenance activities or plant maintenance to achieve objectives for: safety, environmental, quality, schedule, and cost compliance.
Responsibilities:
" Focuses on streamlining activities through the use of lean maintenance concepts and standardized processes and procedures
" Develops leadership skills to assume greater accountability for internal employee development and performance management
" Leads, under general guidance, the cost and schedule functions in accordance with corporate financial policies and procedures
" Performs other job-related duties as assigned
