- Performing a variety of data updates in Maximo/Holman/Samsara by request of Fleet Services leadership/team
- Making copies of titles to send when retitling assets
- Sending out tag renewal stickers for assets (received at the Plaza)
- Responding to Fleet Services mailbox questions and concerns related to initiatives/programs/campaigns with the custodians (i.e. Fuel cards, custodian updates, Holman inquiries, Jacobus misses, etc.)
- Identifying and archiving old content from Fleet Services SharePoint site as we push forward with CAST Pro initiative for 2024
- Performing archive/clean-up activities for Y Drive files as they relate to RIM compliance.
- Power BI manual refresh of relevant reports
- Filing/Retention of Fleet Services files in the fleet library/lab as they relate to RIM compliance.
- Meeting minutes for contractor discussions and team meetings (as needed)
- Monthly FS-All Custodian member updates
- Processing of GO invoices
- Processing of Fleet program consolidated invoices - as needed (Holman, WEX, Verra, ABS, Jacobus, HIAB, etc.)
- Ensuring recognition of incorrect usage of WEX cards (i.e. premium fuel, non-relevant purchases, excessive fueling, etc.)
- Processing of fuel invoices for storm response (all regions)
- Processing of rental invoices for storm response (all regions)
- Uploading all fuel/rental invoices for storm response to the Fleet SharePoint
- Assisting in awareness and support of Fleet Services initiatives as assigned
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED
