Maintains files and calendars. Responsible for arranging business travel, coordinating meeting arrangements, and tracking expenses. Duties include : Coordinating meetings, interviews and testing.Securing assistance for interviews and testing.Monitoring schedules to ensure deadlines are met.Keeping records for interviews and testing.Sending communications to internal / external customers.
