What are the responsibilities and job description for the Batch Operations Support Executive position at US Tech Solutions?
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire
Position Description & Requirements:
Operations Support Role
- Position is located at the client site in Redford, Michigan
- Individual will be member of small team supporting a 24x7 Operations Center
- Excellent communication and Customer skills
- Understanding of ITIL standards
- Knowledge of Microsoft products
- Ability to work as a team
- Knowledge of IBM Mainframe Operations and monitoring tools
- Knowledge of Window Server and Network Monitoring tools, (i.e. Whats up Gold)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs of paper box and load high speed Client printer to print Engine Build books
- Ability to learn quickly and handle Custom Applications tools monitoring
- Run a manager incident management call, tracking the issue and engagement of support teams
- IBM Batch monitoring, including CA 7/11 and CA Workload, a plus
- Trusted resource for security password resets
- Ability to review, understand and update work process procedures
Education:
- High School Diploma.
Experience:
- 5 Years.
