What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAD Designer position at US Tech Solutions?
Duration: 6 months contract
Job Description:
· Designs new products and makes improvements to existing products using computer aided design (CADWorx).
· May evaluate products, parts, or processes for cost efficiency and reliability and ensure project completion.
· Works with other members of the engineering staff to ensure that production is completed in a timely manner.
· Requires 5-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
· Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
· Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
· Performs a variety of tasks.
· May lead and direct the work of others.
· A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
· Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Responsibilities:

Experience:
· 5 Cadworx piping experience, generating ISO's, and checking.
· P&ID drafting capabilities.
· Candidate will have experience with both, but Autodesk Inventor would be a must.
Education:
• High School diploma
