Job Description:
- Prepare, issue, and evaluate RFPs and RFQs for food services, cleaning, and transportation vendors.
- Ensure that the procurement process follows the hospital's policies and regulatory requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the negotiation process for contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the hospital while maintaining quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure compliance with hospital and industry regulations in contracts and procurement processes
Experience:
- Procurement to manage the procurement process for food services, cleaning, and transportation vendors within the hospital.
- This role will involve handling Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs), ensuring that we select vendors who provide high-quality services at competitive prices while maintaining compliance with hospital standards and regulations.
