Child Safety/ Digital Content Government Affairs & Public Policy Advisor

Job Description :

  • The organization is the strategic hub within Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP), providing issue and functional expertise, ensuring a central global perspective on the policy issues affecting our business, and developing strategies and positions for client's regulatory and political engagement. Within COE, the Policy Manager will support the Privacy, Safety, and Security (PSS) , specifically the kids and family policy priorities.

Responsibilities :

  • Candidate will work in close collaboration with the PSS Director as the functional, global point of contact for a number of child safety issues. You will contribute to workstreams on a diverse set of public policy topics, such as artificial intelligence & child safety, age assurance, content and other kids and family issues at the international, national, and state level.
  • They will represent client externally with stakeholder engagements and be the voice of PSS internally in a variety of cross-functional, high-impact workstreams.

    • Experience :

  • Experience working on tech public policy issues, specifically child and family online safety issues.
  • 7-10 years of experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strategic and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Success operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in government and / or public policy.
