Procurement Research Analyst Role
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Research Analyst to join our team at US Tech Solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients from various backgrounds and roles to identify, define, document, analyze, prioritize, and affirm requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online and documentary research and analysis for issue-related, subject matter area, and market research, including qualitative and quantitative data.
- Support reliable assessment of available options for decision-making, including consideration of strengths/weaknesses and risks/mitigations.
- Write and prepare reports, briefing notes, presentations, and other professional documents.
- Develop procurement strategies and processes that achieve business objectives in collaboration with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and review complex RFx documents (e.g., Requests for Proposals, Requests for Qualifications, Multi-supplier arrangements, Request for Information etc.) and components of the same (e.g., statements of work, statements of requirement, payment and contract terms etc.).
- Establish objective and meaningful evaluation criteria and implement assessment processes to support the receipt and fair assessment of qualified proposals to assure the delivery of operational requirements.
