We are hiring a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our Security Operations Team . This role involves designing, implementing, and securing global information systems against unauthorized access, data breaches, and accidental losses. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in detecting and mitigating cyber threats while mentoring junior analysts and driving innovation in security practices.
Responsibilities :
Threat Mitigation : Detect, respond to, and mitigate complex cyber threats.
Security Operations : Monitor and analyze logs, conduct threat modeling, and implement strategic mitigations.
Incident Response : Lead detection, containment, recovery, and forensic investigations.
Policy Governance : Develop and align security policies with global standards.
Cloud Security : Protect hybrid / multi-cloud environments, ensuring compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with IT, legal, and compliance teams to integrate security best practices.
Team Leadership : Mentor junior analysts and foster continuous learning.
Key Qualifications :
Experience : 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
Technical Skills :
Strong networking and security expertise.
Proficiency in MITRE Telecommunication&CK Framework , threat hunting, and digital forensics.
Experience with Microsoft Clienture tools such as Sentinel, Defender, and Entra ID.
Knowledge of risk management, vulnerability management platforms, and IT security engineering.
Certifications (Preferred) : CISSP / CCSP, Incident Response certifications.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have) :
Experience with Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity.
Managed Services Provider (MSP) onboarding and maintenance experience.
