What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Coordinator II - Support position at US Tech Solutions?
Note :
1st shift Onsite- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
25% floor 75% desk- Metatarsal boots required
Lift requirement- 25-LBS, anything additional is completed with assistance
Job Duties :
Purchase Order creation and Payment processing.
Move ticket creation and processing
Coordination of calendars / scheduling appointments / meetings
Organize facility requirements for events and meetings
Support material preparation for meetings and events
Coordinate and maintain storage areas
Facilitate logistical aspects of internal and external testing activities
Carry out shipping and receiving activities related to testing activities
Entering and facilitating work requests and activity requests
Auditing projects upon completion
Skills :
Ability to use or learn the tools / processes for the role; examples include but are not limited to : Microsoft Office, Calibration databases, VISION, Agile PLM, Microsoft Visio.
Ability to communicate and coordinate across multiple work groups
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
Highly organized and punctual
Goal oriented
Self-starter
Required Skills :

Excel- Intermediate
Highly Organized
Education :
Associates or BA in Business Management, Data Analytics, etc.
