Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities :
Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure the proposed platform meets compliance, security, and data privacy requirements.
Collaborate with the Data Platform Architect to ensure proper data access, sharing, and management across the platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and best practices.
Provide guidance on best practices for data preparation, exploration, and visualization within the platform.
Monitor and enforce data governance policies, including financial governance, PII data management, and secure data sharing
Utilize Databricks for data processing, analytics, and governance activities.
Facilitate client-facing discussions to understand their data governance needs and challenges.
Conduct assessments of data quality and compliance with governance policies.
Provide recommendations for improvements in data management and governance processes.
Create and maintain documentation for data governance initiatives.
Train and mentor team members on data governance principles and tools.
Provide client-facing support, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Databricks.
Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices.
Proficiency in data management and analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
