Role : Desktop SupportLocation : Bothell, WA / / OnsiteDuration : 6 Months Contract with possible extension or conversion to permanentRoles & Responsibilities : Strong hardware / software installation, support, and troubleshootingWindows XP, 10, and 11 experienceMac OS and iOS supportTicket and asset managementNetwork Printer, HP configuration, consumable swaps, and movesExperience with Active Directory, MS Office, phone security, OS365Requires Networking troubleshooting and supportSupport skills for VPN connectivity and securityConfiguring new PC’s / notebooks via imaging, SCCM and standaloneRemote Install software / hardware and supportKnowledge of basic networking concepts and Hands & Eyes supportLift and carry up to 40lbsMay require weekend work for Critical and High Priority support onlyWill require shift work / On-call coverageOffice environmentRoles & Responsibilities : Assists in investigating and resolving complex installations and maintenance matters of significance.Provides on-site field support to customers including installation, and servicing and repairing systems and equipment.
