Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced electronics assembler to perform a wide range of assembly operations on complex electronic and electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and finished units.
About the Role:
- Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical units and systems using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment.
- Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, and mechanical assembly in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to determine the sequence of operations.
- Set up and adjust tools and equipment as needed, ensuring all tolerances meet required specifications.
- Perform quality inspections to verify product conformance to specifications and troubleshoot assembly issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support continuous improvement and resolve technical issues.
- Document work completed, report production data, and assist in training junior team members when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4–6 years of hands-on experience in electronic or electro-mechanical assembly.
- Proficient in hand soldering (including surface-mount and through-hole components).
- Experience with cable harnessing, wiring, and assembly of mechanical enclosures.
- Requires use of microscopes, soldering irons, and other precision tools.
- Wiring/Soldering/Harnessing technical certification or associate degree in electronics or related field preferred.
