About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Host to join our team. As a key member of our Visitor Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences to all guests visiting our Pavilion.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences to all guests visiting the Pavilion.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the facility.
- Provide administrative support and perform front desk information operations.
- Assist in all general daily activities as needed.
- Work special events, including set up, and tear down.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- High level of customer service and professionalism.
