Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled GIS Professional with extensive expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online. This individual will play a critical role in managing and troubleshooting GIS infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence, and providing on-call support to address technical issues. Additionally, this role requires a full-stack GIS developer capable of collaborating effectively with business users to deliver successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Administer and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online environments, including infrastructure setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Provide on-call support to resolve GIS system issues promptly and effectively.
Design, develop, and implement full-stack GIS solutions using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver tailored GIS solutions that meet project objectives.
Ensure high availability and performance of GIS systems through regular monitoring, maintenance, and updates.
Document system configurations, processes, and project deliverables for knowledge sharing and continuity.
Stay up-to-date with the latest GIS technologies and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficient in ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated experience as a full-stack GIS developer, including front-end and back-end development skills.
Strong understanding of GIS concepts, spatial data management, and cartographic principles.
Ability to work collaboratively with business users and technical teams to ensure project success.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with Python, JavaScript, and other programming languages relevant to GIS development.
Familiarity with cloud-based GIS solutions and integrations is a plus.
