Job Title: Electronic or Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Detailed Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electronic or Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team for a 12-month contract. This individual will be responsible for assembling electromechanical cabinets and sub-assemblies, ensuring high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
- Determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
- Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience.
- Work with PVC, Teflon, and other plastic tubing materials.
- Handle pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, and drivers.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints effectively.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
- Cable harnessing.
- Hand Soldering.
- Electronic or electro-mechanical Assembly.
Education and Certifications:
- An AA degree, military technical training, or their equivalent vocational training is required.
