Key Responsibilities
- Verify the quality of products by inspecting and testing them against customer requirements.
- Work with the MRB team to address non-conforming products and identify corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with incoming, in-process, and final inspection areas to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Provide inspection reports and CMTRs for products to meet customer requirements.
- Perform final inspections of assembled and tested control and safety relief valves.
- Daily reporting of internal and external defects to the team and identifying root causes.
- Inspect packaging methods needed per customer and internal requirements.
- Assist the quality team in driving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3 years' experience working in quality inspection.
- Diploma in mechanical or relevant technical education, or GED with 3-5 years' experience.
- Experience with control, safety, and safety relief valves.
- SAP-ERP Quality Control experience.
- Ability to read part CAD drawings.
