About the Role :
As a client instructor, you will develop and deliver training primarily for dealership parts professionals, with opportunities to support company personnel and customers. This role emphasizes aftermarket selling skills, common parts needs for client equipment, and the professional skills essential for ClientAg and Turf dealership employees.
Instructors will create, update, and deliver engaging content for students across the Clientdealership network. Training formats include virtual courses ranging from four to eight hours, and in-person classes spread over two days, per week. Participants will include parts professionals and other aftermarket employees from client dealerships throughout North America.
Top Must-Haves :
- Professional Communication Skills : Ability to create and deliver engaging content in simple terms using today's technological classroom tools.
- Agricultural Knowledge : Strong knowledge of agriculture equipment and / or precision technology.
- Organizational Skills : Capacity to manage meetings with subject matter experts, meet delivery deadlines, and understand a variety of products and systems.
